MyPC Down System-Wide
The Cause
If MyPC is down system-wide and clients are showing "No Communication", services are most likely stopped or in an error state.
The Solution
Make sure that all services listed are running:
- ITS Cire Service
- ITS Triple A Service
- MyPC 3 Server Service
- TBS ILS Service
- World Wide Web Publishing Service (IIS Service)
Once this is done, to confirm everything is working, browse to the MyPC Portal and login. Ex: http://servername/mypc you can attempt to login with a library card OR an internal Staff or Tech user. Also confirm that your Public PCs now say "Available" on the Status Bar.
