Restarting "ePRINTit Print Delivery" Service

The ePRINTit Cloud shows that the service is "Offline" for the library. This can very well be that the service on the PC/server where the ePRINTit software is installed is not running. In order to get it back up and "Online" you will need to either start or restart the service. Open up the Services and look for the "ePRINTit Print Delivery" service, start /restart the service.

 

  1. Log into the Server or PC where ePRINTit is installed.
  2. Open the Services Window:
    • Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.
    • Type services.msc and press Enter. This will open the Services window.
  3. Find the "ePRINTit Print Delivery" Service:
    • In the Services window, scroll down to find ePRINTit Print Delivery in the list of services.
  4. Start or Restart the Service:
    • If the service is not running, right-click on the ePRINTit Print Delivery service and select Start.
    • If the service is already running but you want to restart it, right-click and select Restart.
