Endpoints and ports for a networked Nayax VPOS Touch Device

About Network Types

Once we have established that your VPOS Touch device will not connect via cellular, we need to answer a few questions. First, is ethernet available on location? Next, does the network use Static IP or DHCP? We must know the answer to these questions before proceeding. Usually, an IT professional on site can answer these for you.

DHCP – The device will be automatically assigned an IP address on this network type. Most locations use this type of connection.

Static IP – In this case, our device is manually assigned an IP address by whoever manages the onsite network. We will need further information from that person if Static IP is being used.

WHITELISTING 

Below is a whitelist that you may need to provide to the network administrator. They will use this to grant access to certain ports and URLs Nayax may need to maintain a connection with your device.

Ports used:

Web (DCS): 80

443

Engine:  9000 (TCP) - outgoing

    9001 (UDP) - outgoing

    5000 (TCP incoming – for VPN)

    26520 – outbound

SFTP:     22 - TCP
